The fact of elevated rates of smoking in lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) communites is clear and profound.  Studies have estimated that smoking rates among lesbian, gay and bisexual youth range from 38 to 59 percent, far above the national average of 28 to 35 percent.  Similar statistics bear out comparable smoking rates among LGBT adults.

At Mazzoni Center, we are committed to helping you live a healthier lifestyle.  Our program incorporates the following strategies to help you successfully kick the habit:

• Nicotine replacement therapy (patches, gum)
• Behavior modification
